Payment & Considerations
CONSIDERATIONS
Due to space limitations and safety reasons, only clients receiving services are permitted in the service areas. Children must be accompanied by supervision and remain in the reception area for their saftey and consideration of the other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A reasonable notice is expected for any cancellation or changed appointment. For some stylists or technicians, lack of notification may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved.
PAYMENT
Sassafrass Hair Salon is a rental salon which means all stylist and technicians rent space and are independent contractors. Please make your checks for services rendered to your stylist or technician. Not all stylist or technicians accept credit cards. Please ask you stylist or technician about payment methods. Sassafrass Hair Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo and personal checks. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
